I still hold my grudge to certain person that I really hate. Once someone betray my trust, I will never trust that person forever. *damn I DO have trust issue*

marriage..wedding..whatever..

I have 3 wedding invitations to attend next weekend. They’re all good friends of mine, but not my best friends. In February, I already have a wedding invitation to attend. But I wont. Ok, that’s another story. Rite now, I want to share my view about marriage.

I saw marriage as one of your compulsory task when you reach certain age. Therefore lots of people getting married for the sake of fulfill that task and get ‘married’ status. And what comes next, life is just a drama. Your life is already married, but do you living the marriage? You’re attached in a bond in which only death can separate you away. You wake up with someone that you should in love with (?). But do you need to love your spouse in that kind of marriage?

Perhaps there also people who get married because they love each other. That’s sweet but sick. Do  you have to marry someone because you love that person? Should love be the basis of marriage? In Indonesia, people also consider bibit, bebet, bobot. Well.. that makes no different with to value people based on their social status. What should be the basis for marriage then?

I dont think I really like marriage. It’s merely a status. Do you need to get married to do role as husband or wife? I dont think so.
